In this thesis, the reliability of RC (Reinforced Concrete) structure is analyzed by the software ANSYS. And the structure reliability's background is introduced. The Response Surface Method and the Monte Carlo Method are mainly expatiated in this paper. According to the modules of ANSYS, the reliability of some RC members is analyzed from two aspects, the serviceability limit state and the ultimate limit state. Based on the research situation of RC structure's durability, two kinds of durability limit states are established and the reliability of the limit states are analyzed.The research mainly includes the following contents:1. The Monte Carlo Method and the Response Surface Method are two important methods used for calculating the degree of reliability. The Monte Carlo Method is irrelevant with the number of factors and the calculated result is precise. But this method needs too many calculation times. So it is fit to calculate the reliability of the function with explicit performance. The Response Surface Method is adequate to calculate the reliability of the function without explicit performance. If combining with finite element analysis, this method is worthy of being used.2. After calculating some examples the author analyzes the RC structure's serviceability limit state and ultimate limit state, and finds the main influence factors. Through the research of the reliability of durability limit state, the author calculates the degree of reliability and gets some important factors.
