This paper studies the basic theory and classical algorithm of structural components and structural system reliability, and analyses the inaccuracy of the classical algorithm.Solving reliability is seen as an optimization process in this paper, and propose the Monte Carlo method based on optimization model. This method does not require changing non-linear performance function into liner function and has high accuracy. It provides new idea for solving reliability.This paper solves the framework structural system reliability by combining the Monte Carlo method and response surface. The results show that the structure is safe and reliable and the results also show that the method is feasible for structural system reliability.
