With the constant enhancement of human environmental consciousness and tense of the global energy, reducing auto motor energy consumption and pollution has being got more and more attention. To strengthen the application proportion of the high-strength material of light quality to lighten automobile's weight is a feasible way to solve this problem. It is one of the key problems how to connect the light-duty materials.This research invented an original compound jointing method ---machinery connection method to compound with sticking. This connection method, which has prevented the corrosion caused by stress and electric potential, brings machinery connecting and sticking one's own advantages into play and improves the working efficiency and service life of the jointing.1060 aluminum alloy is selected as jointing materials. Factors influencing the compounding connects mostly is analyzed by constant temperature waterlogging test and different surface treatment and adhesive.The results as follows:1. The jointing made by this method is novelty designed and beautiful shaped with a steady structure and performance. It is easy to connect the craft. Mould manufacturing is low cost.2. Ideal connect can be obtained by a surface phosphoric anodic oxidation and ITW Plexum MA425 adhesive as the intermediate course. Mean tensile strength can be up to 72.5 MPa.3. Constant temperature waterlogging is used to accelerate the aging of MA425 compound jointing. The sample's mean tensile strength lost is 35% after 20 days soaking. The failure mode before aging is a mixed mode mainly composed by cohesive failure. With theprolonging of soaking time, the adhesion failure proportion extends from jointing brim to inside. The mode changes to be a mixed mode mainly composed by adhesion failure. The transformation disciplinarian was coincided with the moisture dipping transformation in joint. 4.The analysis of the metallography for the site of juncture's interface shows there are toothed condensate layer interface between aluminum alloy base and adhesive. This condensate was formed by combined action diffusion between aluminum alloy base and adhesive.
