Along with the development of the hydro-power, the increasing of power plant's out put electricity is depended on exact hydrology scheduler , so that it's necessary to have a high performance strobe operating equipment. The traditional strobe operating equipment is difficult to reach this request.The AC inverter drive technology is introduced in this paper. The vector control inverter technology is emphatically introduced. The really operating situation of inverter driving system using in strobe is introduced. According to the study on three difference load sharing method, which we call "torque follower, speed trim follower and one inverter drive two motors", for rigid coupling load for vector control inverter driving slab strobe, we can get a conclusion that "one inverter drive two motors" load sharing method can fulfill strobe operating equipment's high performance request. This study result resolve the problem of original system which can't work stably and safety, and this result have popularize value for other similar strobe control system.
