In this thesis,taking the herringbone planetary transmission system as the research object,the coupling dynamic model of the herringbone planetary transmission system is established under the consideration of various internal and external excitation of the system,and the dynamic and static load sharing characteristics of the transmission system are obtained by numerical method;at the same time,the influence of the working temperature and wear of the gear system on the load sharing characteristics is analyzed.The main research works of this thesis are as follows:(1)Taking the herringbone planetary transmission system as the research object,considering the flexibility of the inner ring gear,based on the dynamics of the gear system and Lagrange equation,the pure torsional dynamics model of the rigid flexible coupling system of the herringbone planetary gear is established by using the lumped parameter method.In the model,the herringbone gear is considered to be coupled by two helical gears,and the elastic coupling and meshing stiffness of the transmission system are comprehensively considered the influence of excitation,integrated meshing error excitation and external load on the system.(2)The static load sharing calculation model of the transmission system is established,and the static load sharing coefficient of the transmission system is obtained.The influence of input torque and input speed on the load sharing performance is considered,and the causes are analyzed.The dynamic differential equation of herringbone planetary transmission system is solved by numerical method.The influence of input torque and rotational speed of herringbone planetary gear system on the load sharing characteristics of the system is analyzed,and the cause of its occurrence is analyzed.(3)By calculating the change of gear parameters under the influence of temperature,a pure torsional dynamic model of the rigid flexible coupling system ofherringbone planetary gear is established.By solving the differential equations of statics and dynamics,the influence of temperature change on the load sharing characteristics of the system is studied,and the causes are analyzed.(4)Based on the arcard wear calculation formula,the pure torsional dynamic model of the rigid flexible coupling system of herringbone planetary gear is established by calculating the wear amount of the gear.By solving the differential equations of statics and dynamics,the influence of temperature change on the load sharing characteristics of the system is studied,and the causes are analyzed.
