Nowadays the price of fuel has been increasing for energy crisis and the protection of environment has come up with a new further demand in reproducible energy. With regard of all aspects of energy ,resource and environment, it is very valuable for us to exploit and utilize the flow power, Exploring a high-effective, economical, protecting environmental ways is the keystone thing by converting flow power into electricity. This study is made some experiments and practiced in some rivers by US professor Gauerlov and brought about a enormous attention in water and electricity industry. This study is a more deep study; Studying and developing the water conservancy machinery that do not need build a dam by utilizing the flow-head of natural river to convert flow power into electricity , will be beneficial to the development of GuangXi water conservancy resource and give an impetus to water and electricity industry and benefit the entire society.Main contents of this thesis study are that designed the3D model of turbofan hydraulic turbine by professional CAD/CAM/CAE software system Pro/Engineer which is designed by America Parametric Technology Corporation; Made a blade structure analysis to the blades of hydraulic turbine which is modeled in 3D and used Pro/Mechanica structure analysis methods to calculate stress and displacement of blades of turbine whose blades are complex quilt structure by computer. What is more , it be used on redesigning blades; Analyzed the dynamic behaviors of the blades of this turbine and optimized the optimum model ; Built the real model to turbofan hydraulic turbine designed and made some relevant experiments at present. Meanwhile made further analysis on dynamic behaviors and the productivity to flow power.According to the designing equation for blade of hydraulic turbine, a shape adaptation was carried out on the blade quilt surface of hydraulic turbine. Based on the module of Pro/Mechanica , the structure analysis to the blade was carried out. After stress, strain, modal and dynamic time analysis on the blade were completed, the stress concentration points to the blade of hydraulic turbine can be detected obviously. Accordingly the effect of stress concentration to the blade can be on decrease of stress level by mending the structure. Theanalysis method is of practical ways for the blade structure designing.The new type turbine which made in this study has a total new design, brief structure and suitable to the locations which the flow power is abundant . The new type hydraulic turbine which designed and made by us is more smaller, lighter and more portable to generate electricity.
