Based on the actual measured vibration and stress signals of the blades of ahydraulic turbine the time series analysis was applied to analyze the response data of theblade and to recognize the dynamic parameters of blades. Meanwhile, the entropyspectrum analysis of vibration signal was made to check the results of parameterrecognition and to analyze the crack reason of turbine blade. The main works arefollowed: 1. The data was extracted and transformed from the data files of blade measurement,and the statistical performance of the signals was checked. 2. A special program for time series analysis was developed to recognize thedynamic parameter of the turbine blade. The natural frequency and damped ratio wascalculated and the results were analyzed. 3.
