Cardiovascular disease is one of the most dangerous threats to human health.Dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) can continuously trace patient's heart activity for 24 hours and is escential for clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. Therefore,it is of great significance to research high-performance dynamic electrocardiogram monitor in clinic.The fast development of embedded system has also provided perfect technology for this research recently.Therefore, a portable dynamic electrocardiogram monitor based on high performance embedded CPU and its' ECG analysis algorithm are lucubrated in this thesis: According to the features of ECG signals, an ECG collecting module is designed; S3C44B0X, a high-performance and low power Arm CPU is selected to design the central processing module for ECG signals processing and analysis .In this module, a Flash memory is extended to record the sampling ECG signals. The LCD display and keyboard provide a friendly Human Computer Interface for users. With these parts , this module realizes the continuous dynamic monitor and alarm functions; According to the analysis of ECG waves' characteristics and existent ECG analysis algorithm, a real time ECG analysis algorithm is proposed for this embedded system ; The present popular USB bus interface is applied to transport ECG signals in the Flash memory.All this research works are described in details in this thesis and arrive at the demand of design basically. The studies of this thesis also have established a good basis for the practical development.
