Research And Implementation Of Rapid Combination Design Of Product System Under PDM Environment

With the aggravation of the market competition and diversification, individualized of customer's demand, make enterprises face greater and greater pressure in cost, quality, delivery date and customer satisfaction, force enterprises to have to adopt advanced design, manufacture and administrative skill such as Mass Customization etc. In order to enable the manufacturing industry of machinery fast response to carry on the market flexibly, pay most attention to already existing design resources and shorten the order to pass time as much as possible, this thesis studies and structures the design plan and platform of rapid combination design of product under PDM environment.This thesis combines the problem which enterprises face in the course of designing of the present stage on the basis of researching and developing QUST-PDMS in this seminar put forward the systematic structure of rapid combination design of product system under PDM environment. Analyze function of product family management system, function model and data model of product family management system are established. Have studied and implemented design resource management system which is needed in supporting rapid combination design of the products. Analyzed to the model of the system, have studied the reusable model and course of designed resources, have studied and analyzed the variant design technique of assembly. Summarize relevant technology of integration SolidWorks platform. Have carried through comparatively deep studying to the design process of the products. Decomposition process of order products, configuring method of the order products from the product family and the order products implementation supported by designing resource already. Have designed and implemented the automatic assembly functions of the model drawing of the products. The technology of automatically turning into the model drawing of the products according to product structure has been studied. Summarize the research contents of this thesis, and put forward suggestions about next work.
