Tyre dynamic balance test machine is important equipment to test tyre mass distribution; it is used for measuring tyre upper plane imbalance quantity with its angle, lower plane imbalance quantity with its angle, static imbalance quantity and its angle, couple imbalance with its angle. Through analyzing force reaction of tyre imbalance, multisensormeasuring method is established for tyre dynamic balance test machine, by which a set of mathematic models is established to calculate tyre imbalance quantity. With the study on calibration principle, extended least square method is introduced here with the purpose of giving the coefficient parameters of the mathematic model.Data acquisition and DSP method is study in this paper. Through Analysis on input signal of data acquisition PCI, data signal can be sure to be valid. Based on study on discrete data signal, filtering algorithm that includes low pass filtering and band-pass filtering is applied in tyre dynamic balance test machine. According to Fourier transposition, Fourier spectral analysis algorithm has realized.Host computer management system software is developed based on Delphi. This software provides functions such as filtering, spectral analyzing, calculating imbalance quantity, quantity calibrating, core shift compensating, and zero calibrating. Multi thread method and Ethernet communication are applied as part of this software. This software also includes tyre specification management, database management, report management, history data query, trouble-shooting and so on. This system adopt web as method of remote access. All of this realizes integration of management and control idea, and informatization idea.
