This topic is based on the embedded technology, specially develop amulti-functional field dynamic balance tester for grinding wheel. The grinding wheel isa key part of the grinding machine, due to the manufacture deviation,installationdeviation and uneven wear of the grinding wheel and so on, will often result in thegrinding wheel unbalance. In the grinding process the unbalance wheel will causevibration,the vibration can not only reduce the grinding quality,but also accelerate thewear between the spindle and bearings and shorten the spindle and the bearing servicelife. Therefore, in order to ensure the process quality of grinding machine and extendthe service life of the spindle and bearings, the wheel before the installation and in theusing process should be to balance.This paper has further researched the principle of dynamic balancing of grindingwheel, established the vibration model of grinding wheel spindle system, analysised thecharacteristic of vibration signals, expounded the methods of manual and automaticbalance of the grinding wheel,and according to the equipped with three balance blockmanual balancing device,put forword the method of precise trim wheel.To detect the size and location of grinding wheel unbalance amount, based on thetheory of signal correlation, this paper chose photoelectric sensor and piezoelectricvelocity sensor to test the work speed and vibration signal of grinding wheel spindle,designed the photoelectric signal shaping circuit, the vibration signal amplifying andfiltering circuit, the vibration signal of the same frequency circuit with sine and cosinesignal and the AD collection and conditioning circuit. In order to solve the problem ofpower supply difficulties or dynamic balance field power imconvenient supply,the paperhas designed rechargeable lithium battery power supply system for the tester.In order to actualize the friendly man-machine dialogue, the tester has equiped with a8inch high integration, built in the rich software and hardware resources of theembedded color touch screen,taken Microsoft Visual C++6as the developmentenvironment for the preparation of a plurality of man-machine dialogue interface; Theinfluence coefficient method for guiding the grinder grinding wheel dynamic balancecalibration and the calibration parameters and the influence coefficients ofstorage;Collected the vibration signal; Calculated the the vibration displacement and thevibration velocity peak to peak value; The sampling of vibration signals has beencarried on fast Fourier transform, drawn the spectrum of vibration signal,made theanalysis of the sweep frequency vibration signal come true; Monitored the lithiumbattery power online.At last using the dynamic balance tester taken a series of experiments, verified thestability and reliability of the testing instrument.
