The thesis analyzes the front leaf spring and rear leaf spring and the frame of KangLing light truck based on its run system structure and market orientation. And makes systematical researches into some key problems about multi-leaf spring, few-leaf spring and the frame.The optimization- mathematics model of leaf spring is built based on theoretical principle and design practice , This model not only ensures the reliability and validity ,but also improves work efficiency. Some achievements have been obtained about simulation research on the kinematics characteristic of leaf spring based on multi-rigid body dynamics principle.the frame structure- model and the force-model are built in this paper. Analyses are made about KangLin frame static's characteristic by FEA, and made deep research about the influence of every part on holistic rigidity of the frame, the optimization result can ensure running performance.Finally, some test study validate adequately the feasibility and the reliability of the design blue print of run system.
