Tongjiang to Sanya highway of national trunk road crossed the Second Songhua River in Taolaizhao Town in Fuyu County in Jilin Province. We designed and built Taolaizhao Songhua River Supper Bridge in Lalinhe to Changchun section of Tongjiang to Sanya highway.During the course of reconnaissance and design,we adopt the scheme of one bridge on one river according to analyzing hydrology and geology carefully.The whole length of the bridge is 1580 meters.We set up diversion facilities in two banks according to the hydrology in the bridge location.In the stage of the first design,we advised five schemes for the supper bridge.The first scheme is precast prestressed concrete simple-supported small box beam.The second scheme is prestressed concrete continuous box beam of variable cross section.The major span adopts five spans.Every span is 100 meters long.The third scheme is prestressed concrete continuous box beam.The major span adopts four spans.Every span is 120 meters long.The fourth scheme is midheight—desk steel pipe concrete arch bridge.The fifth scheme is cable bridge with two tower whose style is upside down "Y" and two cable sides.On the base 0f constracting carefully all the five schemes each other,we desided the major bridge used prestressed concrete box half riged frame-continuous girder system of 65+5×100+65m with 7-span in one.The bridge approaches of Harbin bank and Changchun bank are precast prestressed concrete simple-supported box beam.The main pier of major bridge used twin thin wall pier.The side pier of major bridge adopted square column pier.The bridge approaches are a11 column pier.The bridge abutment is rib-plate-shaped abunment.The foundation used the foundation of non-displacement pile.In the stage of designing shop drawing,we computed the internal force of the major bridge frame with the program QJX-4 designed by Civil Construction Association in the way of plane pole system.We calculated the effedt of torsion and aberration in the way of greater factor.In order to calculate the temperature internal force,we supposed the temperature of the whole frame raise 30 degree or fall 55 degree and the temperature of the top board raise 5 degree.The asymmetrical settlement of the foundation is 25 centimeters.The major bridge is prestressed frame in three direction.We used 12 φj15.24 little relaxation prestressed steel wire strand in portrait and 3φj15.24 1ittle relaxation prestressed steel wire strand in orientation and Φl 25 pulled straightly stage Ⅳ wide reinforcing steel bars.In order to assure the safety of the frame,we computed the internal force again with the program for curly bridge designed by Xinan Jiaotong University.The program calculates the effect of shrink and alter in specification method.It also calculates the effect of torsion and aberration.The results calculated by two programs are similar.It indicates that the results are right In order to solute the problem of heat of hydration of 1arge volume concrete,we set up pipes for cooling concrete and adopted double mixture craft.We also measured the displacement of major bridge construction for line type precision.
