A significant change is brewing in monopolized power systems in china. The main trend is to introduce a competitive mechanism, so as to form a limited electricity power market. Along with the opening of electricity market at generation side and the implementation of separating power plants from power networks and generation bidding to power network, power plant have been more and more concern about their economic production management. As the base of a new system named "Integrated system based on management and control information" in Tai-Yuan power plant. This paper studies two big economic operation problems-analysis of dynamic cost and economic dispatch of Generation Company in electricity market, which is for its maximal profit. These results may do much contributing to debasing the cost of generating electricity, improving the efficiency of generating electricity and obtaining rational electrovalence.The main work in the dissertation consists of four parts as follows:First, some power biding models and different economic dispatch models in power market are demonstrated and discussed, then describes spot price model. These do some good preparation for the next research work.Secondly, we put forward the purpose and principle of dynamic cost analysis of power plant, and How to obtain original data of dynamic cost from accountant system, how to disintegrate and calculate dynamic cost and the method and the steps for the statistics and analysis of dynamic cost. These may support a good tool for power plant bidding.Thirdly, the methods of load optimizing dispatching are researched in this paper. Such as equi-microincrease rate method, linear programming method and dynamic programming method. Then we give a new optimal load distribution method that based on BP network among multiple generating units of a thermal power plant. Compared with the original load distribution, a good benefit and a simple calculation are gained.Lastly, introduced the analysis of dynamic cost and optimization of load dispatching system.This software has been put into practice and has a good effect.
