The design of communication system is of very important current significance,but now very good example or model of the design of short-wave radio station is very difficult to find,anyone can combine optimum method and the design of communication system----which can let optimum method go into the design of communication system is a very important and not solving question on theory or current now.Along with the time and technology's going,seeing by the old standard that the old short-wave system is wonderful,but now it is clearly backward,it is clearly that it can't meet the requirement of ground-fly communication of CAAC,to change this situation and to meet the quality and reliable requirement of ground-fly communication of CAAC,it is nessary to rebuild the short-wave system.The key question to answer of this article is to find out the against-communication factors of old short-wave system,then raise the rebuilding project of shortwave system of Air-Control-and-Management-Bureau of North-China of CAAC,require the project must have 'reasonable and feasible and fairly good rate of founction/price',then carry out the project.Study on the method of doing constrative communication tests and analysing the results,using system optimum theory to finish the detailed research of the design of short-wave radio station. Fruit and conclusion(1)using 100~125 watt shortwave transceiver radio,matching 9 meter whip antenna,at 8~14 MHz frequency,at time of 8~24o'clock,at distance of 0~3000 kilometre the able-calling ratio of the ground-to-air communication is more than 70%;(2)theoretically analysed and practically eximined that many-transceiver-radio can work at the same time and at the same place;(3)detailed discussed the performance of whip antenna when its height is 1/4 wavelength~1/2 wavelength and its relation to the ground-to-air communication;raised the improving method of whip antenna when it is applied to ground-to-air communication;(4)raised "muti-small-ball-mathed" and gained the optimization result of antenna setting in antenna field under a kind of ideal condition;thereout also discovered a kind of optimization transfer from the individual to the total.(5)Find out the against-communication factors of old short-wave system of the Air-Control-and-Management-Bureau of North-China of CAAC, raise the rebuilding project of shortwave system,require the rebuilding project must have the best rate of founction/price.Then carry out the rebuilding project.The rebuilding project of the Air-Control-and-Management-Bureau of North-China of CAAC which is finished and given by this article saves more then ten million yuan of RMB of our country,the project gives an important example and is of great importance of ground-fly communication of CAAC.
