There have been many such engineering accidents in the life that the ineffectiveness caused by the endurance failure.The fatigue properties study on metallic materials of different shapes and movement modes is crucial for us maximizing the predication of the fatigue life of metal materials.Usually,the most used and effective way of studying the fatigue life of metal materials is to do the fatigue test to them.Drawing the S-N curve for acquiring a large number of fatigue test data,it will need three months to half a year because the frequency of current domestic fatigue test is less than 300 Hz.In terms of the ordinarily used trial stretch of the fatigue testing machine,many of them cannot do the measurement of fatigue strength to the small components,brittle parts,and high frequency components of the metal materials.Therefore,it is necessary to quickly find a way to solve such a low efficiency measurement of fatigue life.High efficiency fatigue test device for micro laser is improved and optimized on the basis of Development of High Frequency Bending Fatigue Test Device for Small Samples.In the light of the problems of the relatively low frequency,small amplitude and inaccurate acquisition of sample vibration displacement of the original test devices,and the assuring of the best caliber for the speaker,and simulation analyzing of the stress intensity of the samples' circular hole edge,the dynamic system adopting the mixing consoles with pure post stage power amplifier to replace the power source of the original test machine is applied.The excited frequency of the improved test advice is increased from 260 Hz to 500 Hz,and the amplitude can achieve the 0-5mm accommodation;using the high precision USB data acquisition card of 24 bits can collect the vibration displacement of sample more accurately,the vibration displacement of sample can be accurately controlled to 0.00001mm;using the finite element to analyze the stress relationship between the sample's gap and edge,the stress of the gap is 1.65 times as many as the edge;and using the repeated test to assure the best caliber of the speaker is 165 mm.The result turns out that after the improvement,the fatigue testing machine has been developed to a large extent,and the testing time of the bending fatigue to the small and brittle material parts is shortened greatly.The development of whole set of the fatigue testing equipment is reached to the expected outcome.
