Study On Influence And Velocity Strength Curve Of Ultrosonic Detection For High Performance Concrete

Concrete is one of the most important materials in present structure engineering. With the development of science and technology, the material of composing concrete has already been changed. Originally concrete is only composed of four ingredients:send,stone,cement and water. Now ingredients made up of the present concrete are more than original concrete's. Mineral fine materials and superplasticizer are mixed into concrete ,which change quality of concrete greatly . Though the quality of concrete has changed, the quality accident of concrete happened all the same. The supervision and control of concrete become an important task of present structure engineering. Nondestructive evaluation,which is how to measure some propriety physics value directly on the framework or component but not to influence the quality of structure or component and deduce a series of strength,continuity,isotropy, etc, becomes an important direction of civil engineering . The influence of supersonic measure concrete is many and original research concentrate on the normal concret. But high performance concrete has changed more than normal concrete, the influence are not same with the normal concrete. The curve of velocity and strength must afresh set up. A block of concrete was confected with orthogonal design and high performance concrete ultrasonic value gained using ultrasonic analysis and examine instrument. Then the influence of high performance concrete strength and ultrasonic was analysed with orthogonal way. The results indicate that slag and the ratio of water between fly ash influence strength and ultrasonic of concrete. But fly ash don't influence ultrasonic prominence. At last,the curve of strength and ultrasonic for high performance concrete is drawn up. Multinomial equation is better,which can supply for ultrasonic checker for concrete.
