With the advancement of finite element theory and computer technology, some rapid progresses have been maid in the finite element analysis method of reinforced concrete. Nowadays this approach is playing important role in many fields. It can show up the entire process of inner forces of structure and transmutation development. It can describe the form and expansion of crack, and failure process and configuration of structure as well. It can evaluate ultimate bearing pressure and degree of reliability of structure. It can disclose the place and part of weakness of structure to make for the optimization design of structure. In the meanwhile, it can be broadly applicable to all kinds of structures and different bearing conditions and circumstances. This paper mainly introduces the nonlinear finite element analysis method of R.C members. It carries out nonlinear finite element analysis of R.C two-way thin-slabs, which received concentrated load and uniform load in the normal stage. Based on the derived formula, the program designed with the combination of incremental and iterative method is used to calculate the deflection of R.C two-way thin-slabs with different pattern of load, boundary condition, size, thickness and reinforcement ratio. In the meantime, the results of calculation are compared with those come from the ANSYS software, the linear elastic small displacement theory and the experiments. Furthermore, with the help of MATLAB, which is the great calculation software of engineering, the statistical eigenvalue of the calculation results are analyzed by list. The feasibility of the approach carried out in the paper is confirmed. With the help of MATLAB, in the meanwhile, nonlinear regression to the calculation results of nonlinear finite element program is carried out. The deflection expressions of R.C four sides simply supported two-way slabs and four sides rigid supported two-way slabs are presented. As the analysis technology of structure, the finite element analysis of reinforced concrete will have a bright application prospects. It is, however, in the process of continual development and improvement. There are not only lots of theory problems to be deeply studied, but also in the aspects of practical application, for the different operation environments and different types of structures, the research area should be incessantly extended.
