Nonlinear finite element method means a great progress for RC structure analysis. This method makes it possible for investigators to simulate the whole process of RC structure, the material characteristic of RC such as elasticity, plasticity and crack and the bond between concrete and steel. The property of RC structure can be grasped more deeply and fully by calculation. The process of RC structure nonlinear finite element analysis involves many aspects, and it is an important job to produce the procedure for analysis. The purpose of this article is to develop a nonlinear finite element simulation procedure for RC structure, which has comparatively integrate pre-processing and post-processing function, and more authentic results by using some different math mode.In programming, with using Visual C++ 6.0 IDE, employing object-oriented ideology, and abstracting the core concepts of RC finite element into several classes, a program is founded which has clear modules and good expansibility to different physical mode. The mature model and criterion of failure are adopted and a cracking models' idea is absorbed to solve the disadvantage of the smeared cracking model.Aiming at the results analyzed by using some traditional model being not accordant to the reality. On the foundation of absorbing the idea of stochastic finite element method, stochastic math mode is adopted to simulate the uncertainty in the structure, more explicitly, Monte Carlo method is used to produce the random number and fulfill this process. The comparability of cracks to the reality is improved, and the position and the direction of main cracks can be acquired. The discrete unit information is the premise of finite element analysis. Especially when lots of finite elements are formed, the artificial acquirement of them needs a great of time and manpower and in this course mistakes will be made easily. For the above reason, in the pre-processing module, an adaptive automatic mesh generation function is applied.By the test of this procedure, it can be concluded that this developed program has good applicability, improves the facticity from the cracks shape to the uncertainty of structure and, due to the integrate pre and post processing function, enhanced the facility greatly.
