The Reliability Theory Combines With The Products Of Aviation Fuel Measuring System

With the complicacy increasing of modern weapon, the reliability research has entered into a new stage with the computer assistant technology. It is emphasis that the reliability theory combines with the products of aviation fuel measuring system. It summarized the reliability experience in the important type project, searched after the reliability regularity in fuel measuring system, supervised the design, production, test and management in our factory, and improved their reliability.Researching the reliability theory that is applied in the fuel measuring system. At first, comparing with the reliability research & development state at home and abroad, and finding out the differences. Secondarily, expatiating the reliability basic theory, analyzing the characteristic of fuel measuring system, inducing the reliability index confirmed, plan demonstrated, model established, reliability estimated, reliability distributed and way selected of electronic components, and expounding the calculation way in the reliability distributed and estimated of electronic component and the estimated way and validating measures in the reliability of sensors and annunciator etc. Simultaneously, searching after the reliability of the aviation fuel measuring system in design, production, test and themanagement of the reliability, analyzing the failure mode and failure mechanism of nonconforming products according to system provide the reference for redesign of the product to improve the reliability.The reliability for the aviation fuel measuring system is analysed theoretically and summarized practically in this dissertation. Searching after the regularity of reliability that is applied in the fuel measuring system is important to guide the reliability task of scientific research and production for fuel measuring system in our factory.
