Steering is one of key automotive components, which directly affects the control, stability and security of whole automobile. So, the steering must be tested to assure that its performance parameters satisfy demands of its quality. The author studies the test control system of hydraulic power steering performance test-bed in detail. The dissertation mainly involves:1. The structure of the test-bed is introduced. Combining with the auto-industry criterion in China (QC/T530-2000), the operating principle of the test-bed is discussed.2. Based on analyzing requirements of test control system, the scheme of the test control system is put forward, and the whole structure is designed. According to the analysis of all modules, products of all modules are selected. In final, the whole design of hardware system is completed.3. According to the principle of software engineering technology, some key contents, such as requirement analysis, the architecture of test control system software, the design and connection for the database etc, are discussed in detail in the process of designing and developing the system software. And all modules are designed in detail. By means of C++ Builder and Access 2000, the method of "developing this system is obtained.4. The types, mechanisms, distribution and causes of EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) are researched. According to the structure of the system, some measures of anti-jamming, including hardware and software, are put forward. For the security of the test control system of hydraulic power steering performance test-bed, some security measures are also presented here.At last, the author summarizes the main conclusions and proposes possible future research directions.
