To meet the demand of power-supply quality monitoring and electric network automation, the thesis develops this electric parameter comprehensive monitoring device that is based on MSP430F149. The device may perform realtime measuring of frequency, effective value of voltage and current, power, from the third to fifteenth harmonic wave and time-sharing electric energy, etc. It may also realize double-circuit switchover, fault treatment and communicating. After completing designing and debugging the device, the following conclusions and findings are drawn:The practical application of MSP430F149's high-speed multi-channel ADC 12 module, multifunctional I/O ports and convenient double USARTs on the device fully shows that MSP430F149 has the advantages of fast speed and high efficiency when it is applied to the data acquisition system. The measuring values of the electric parameters show that harmonic wave indeed has some influence on the quality of power supply. By debugging and comparing the improved real-number FFT algorithm and plural FFT algorithm, it is concluded that the former one is much better than the latter one.Since FFT algorithm that is used to analyze frequency-spectrum may cause frequency-leakage and frequency-spectrum aliasing, the system adopts CCR module of MSP430F149 to realize frequency tracing to reduce leakage, and meanwhile, it designs an improved first-order RC analog LP filter and a window-function FIR digital LP filter to reduce aliasing, the Matlab simulating results proof that the two methods are both effective and correct.On the basis of drawing the above conclusions and findings, the thesis also discusses the hardware and software factors that affect the measuring accuracy of the device and gives the corresponding improving measures. At last, according to MSP430F149's characteristics, it discusses the anti-interference measures that the device adopts.
