As a nonlinear intelligent control technique, with its special advantages of avoiding the use of mathematic models, fuzzy control has got extensive development and application in theory and industrial practice. In this paper, active vibration control for flexible intelligent structure is studied as the primary object. The technique of fuzzy control and the active control are combined, and the design of the vibration control based on fuzzy logic control is given. Furthermore, according to the existing paper and drawing lessons from the hardware-in-the-loop technology, this is concerned by the automobile developers. The article found a Hardware-in-the-loop fuzzy control simulation system. In order to improve the abilities of adaptation and self-learning, the active vibration control technique based on fuzzy neutral network control is studied in the theory and simulation experiment.According to the characteristics of piezoelectric Euler-Bernoulli beam structures, the control system is made, and a fuzzy controller is designed. Using Serial communication, the simulation investigation of the vibration control is effective to periodic interfering signal.An adaptive controller based on neural network is introduced into active vibration control, the macrocosmic structure of controller and parameters are optimized based on genetic algorithm off-line, and the local parameters are revised by means of back propagation calculation method on-line. The simulation results show the performance of robustness and adaptation of this method.
