The thesis roots in the item supported by "fifteen" aviation funds—drive and control system of new type aeronautic linear DC motor(LDCM). The thesis studies mainly the drive and control technique of aeronautic linear DC step motor(LDCSM) used in emergency discharging oil valve on airplane.In the paper, characteristics and work principle of the linear DC motor are analyzed and the nonlinear model of the hybrid linear stepper motor is built. Methods about how to subdivide current equably are discussed and the winding current picture is analyzed. In the paper the ideal shift speed control curve of stepper motor is deduced and different practical methods are given. Also hardware circuits and software designs of each part of controller are proposed.According to the system technology requires, single—chip is adopted as the core to realize open loop digital control of HDCLSM; micro-stepping control is used to ensure the motor running smoothly; shift speed control method is used to eliminate effectively the mechanical impact of distance termination.At last, test is made in hybrid stepper motor. The experiment result indicates that this control system reaches the qualities required and run smoothly. Moreover, the aeronautic linear DC motor control system not only can instead the drive motor of emergency discharging-oil valve, but also can be used in some low power electro motion machine making linear locomotion. The motor owns extensive application foreground preferably.
