The thesis roots in the item supported by "fifteen" aviation funds,-new type aeronautic linear DC motor(LDCM), study its classes characteristics and work principle, mainly researches the drive and control technique of aeronautic linear DC step motor(LDCSM) using in emergency discharging oil valve on airplane.The paper discusses the work princinple of LDCSM, adopts singlechip as core control cell, puts forward two kinds of control schemes, analyzes and study the technique scheme, hardware and software design of each control system separately in detail, on the basis of the centralized winding electrifying trait and pulse stepping control method of two phase hybrid linear DC step motor(HDCLSM).According to the system technology require, adopting singlechip realize open loop digital control of HDCLSM; using V/F conversion and complex key-control method realize digital setting of system parameter, such as velocity; using micro-stepping control insure the motor running more smoothly; adopting debasing speed control method to eliminate the mechanical impact of distance termination effectively; at the same time, analyzing main power circuits drive circuit and protect circuit of system, completing hardware design and facture and software programming and debugging; at last, making a whole test in hybrid rotary step motor.The experiment result indicates that this control system reaches the qualities required and run smoothly also. Moreover, the aeronautic linear DC motor control system not only can instead the drive motor of emergency discharging-oil valve, but also can be used in some low power electromotion machine making linear locomotion. The motor owns extensive application foreground preferably.
