CAD System Of Rare Earth Permanent Brushless Direct Current Motor

Aim at researching rare earth permanent magnet brushless direct current motor (REPMBLDCM) computer aided design(CAD) tecnique,a suit of system is developed,which is more accurate . more rapid and more convenient.In this dissertation the application of the REPBLDCM and electricity motor design technique performance index are introduced. The actuality and development of electric motor CAD technique is analysed. Contrapose REPMBLDCM's peculiarity, combine electricity motor CAD technique, the novel REPMBLDCM CAD system based on Windows operation system is developed through C++Builder5.0 language. The system adopts ListView and Tree View window interface,sustains multitask function, it' s operation is easy using mouse and keyboard,it also gives support to notch calculating and inside and outside rotor design and so end. Base on analyzing the performance peculiarity, basic formula, working speciality and design method of the REPMBLDCM, the structure, content, design algorithm of the REPMBLDCM are researched. Workouting an activeX with message deliver^ unit conversion. floating foint number show format contral multi-function,realize the multi-block REPMBLDCM system based on core data base,which gather motor design, performance forecast, structure chart output.the electromagnetism scheme about REPMBLDCM used in power bed is given with the REPMBLDCM CAD system. This scheme is simulated by Ansoft software environment,the result inosculate completely.This CAD system has passed science and technology fruit appraisal of national defence science and industry committee. It has been successfully used in aviation, spacefligt. civilian use and so end domain, the result showed that the CAD system has broad practical prospect and better practicality value.
