Rare earth permanent magnet brushless direct current motor (REPM BLDCM) is a kind of newly developing technology during recent years. It has been used widely because of its excellent capability since its naissance.With some practical experience, the writer does some profound and systematic research about the control system of REPM BLDCM based on some pertinent information in the paper.The design schemes of the control system are important parts of the paper. First the writer designs an open-loop and close-loop control system by MC33035 and MC33039. The control system is applied for low-power motor.Second based on MC33035, the writer designs a multi-state and multi-obstacle protection control system by connection of SCM 80C196KB. The control system can be applied for the motor of dynamoelectric cars.Then the writer applies a programmable chip named EPROM instead of MC33035 and endues affluent and dexterous functions on the control system. It is excellent for high-power dynamoelectric cars.The design schemes of the paper are tested and the samples have been manufactured. It proves satisfactory by the trials.At last the writer presents a new kind of control method in the paper. It tries to solve the problem of torque fluctuation only by change of control method, not by change of motor substratum. |
