The project originates from important aviation engineering research -the flight control engineering, which develops the dual-redundancy Rare Earth Permanent Magnet (REPM) Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) for electromechanical actuators. So making research on the control technology has the theory, engineering, economical and social values.According to the expectation of maneuverability, to provide the theory for improving the performance of fast response and reduce the current, the thesis analyzes the transition of four quadrants running for BLDCM. According to the basic elements and the operating principle, Utilizing Matlab/Symbolic Math Toolbox, obtains the transition solution of speed and current. Making use of the BLDCM model of single redundancy and dual redundancy, establishes the dual-closed loop dynamic mathematic model. Comparing the simulation result of single redundancy with the result of dual redundancy concludes the differences between the mechanical characteristics. The reason and effect of current unbalance goes into detail.The thesis presents hardware constitution, software design of the dual redundancy BLDCM tester, which is designed based on AT89C51 and SG3525. PWM modulation circuit, power driver circuit and GAL synthesized logic circuit are analyzed and explored. Negative feedback circuit with cut-off current is designed to limit the current while the motor starts or is blocked.After analyzing the need of software design, introduces the software engineering technology based on RTXTiny, which is the Real-Time Operation System. To enhance the reliability and robust ability follows the standard process of design, program, check, test, improving the readability and understandability.Because the electromechanical actuators are typical light voltage and high voltage system, and the electromagnetic environment of airplane is complex, so theability of anti- interference is important in this system. The thesis studies the interference source and transfer characteristic, finally designs the anti-interference method to satisfy the demand of controller.
