The project originating from national high technology research development plan (863 plan) is to study a control system of 270 voltages dual-redundancy Rare Earth Permanent Magnet (REPM) Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) based on Digital Signals Processor (DSP) in order to realize precise and reliable control for the control actuator of high altitude unmanned airplane. The basic elements and the operating principle of the control system are analyzed first. The dynamic mathematic model of BLDCM, the dual-closed loop dynamic mathematic model of control system and its control strategy are also researched in this thesis. A control system of 48 voltages dual-redundancy REPM BLDCM is designed based on pure hardware and tested for control actuator. After that, the design scheme on the control system of 270 voltages dual-redundancy REPM BLDCM is presented based on DSP controller and the simulation of system is made. The design of 270 voltages high-pressure DC drive is settled utilizing bridge inversion circuit in this thesis. The miniaturized and low consumed design of hardware circuit and the design of dual-redundancy structure of system are also realized adopting TMS320LF2407A DSP chip as main control cell.Test results show the system meets the designed performance index. The technology is used not only in the actuator but also several other drive control equipments and has extensive prospect.
