Building The Model Of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

The Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler (abbr. CFBB or CFB Boiler) is becoming the maincoal combustion technique all over the world for its attractive advantages of high combustionefficiency,low pollution,fuel flexibility and goodload-following capability,which is widelyused in our country and is becoming the main force about the main coal combustiontechnique.High demand of automatic control of CFBB is proposed for its fast commercialdevelopment. But, CFBB is a new-type boiler with immature technique until now. Some complexcharacteristics such as non-linearity,uncertain,time-variety,undue lagging and multi-variable coupling. So the low controlling level is keeping. The technics,advantage,developing condition of CFBB and its controlling characteristicand difficulty is introduced in the paper,analysysing the complex dynamic processes. themodel is based on the several step-responsing experiments and is built with the area methord.And then the model is simulated to the controlment in the matlab,finally the controllingmodels of CFBB are argued.The experiment is based on the 75T/H CFBB of the JINANboiler factory with the Smarpro3.03 DCS in the Beijing HOLLYSYS CO.,LTD ,from whichwe get the parameter of the different times.
