| 480t/h CFB boiler produced by DongFang Boiler Factory has been an object of study in this paper, The model not only integrates the update theories and results of previous studies on the partial aspects, but also considers the main process in CFB boiler including flow , coal distribution, devolatilization of coal, char combustion, heat transfer and so, and further improve the existing model of combustion kinetic characteristics . The established model is applied to simulate and predict the performance of 480t/h CFB boiler, and the simulated results are useful for designers and possible improvement of design and performance. The author collects and deals with some actual operation datum compared with dynamic characteristic experiment results to prove this model has good rationale, rational calculation results and certain reference value in theory and practice.
