Development Of PCI Bus-based Vibration Acquisition Card For Turbine-generator Set

The measurement of vibration for turbine-generator set has special requirement.So it's necessary to develop a special data acquisition card. This dissertationintroduces the design and implementation of high-speed data acquisition card basedon PCI bus in detail. The main content includes software and hardware developmentof the data acquisition card. Focused on the PCI interface chip PCI 9054, thedissertation discusses the work mode of local bus and the simulation of the CPUdesign with CPLD on the local bus side. Based on these discussions, system designscheme, circuit design essentials, configuration of EEPROM and the dual DMAtransfer method are given. On the corresponding software design, DriverStudio kitand VC are adopted to develop the driver and the measure programs.
