The craning conveyance machine has got a long developed history, its application is extremely extensive. In the aspects of science studying, establishment of the new theory and new calculation method along with researching and manufacturing of the new product, its feasibility and dependability must be confirmed by experimenting or testing; Many important theories and empirical formulas in the mechanical engineering field are also acquired by synthesizing and analyzing a great deal data of model testing or object testing. At the present time, in the aspects of product designing, people realize step by step transition from static design to dynamic design, this is a important sign of progress of the craning conveyance machine technique. Therefore, designer or researcher need know more dynamic characteristic and information of the product. And make use of dynamic testing and analysis technique, people can obtain load spectrum, stress spectrum and regulation of drive transferring of the craning conveyance machine at various work appearance. Accordingly judge and authenticate whether capability of the machine is to satisfy design request or not. At the same time, this also offers gist for identifying and amending of dynamic parameter, proceeding optimizing design and reforming with product technique.On the foundation of theories calculation, depending on basal testing theories, and wielding strain electromotive technique, and adopting DH3815 static and DH5935 dynamic data collection and disposal system, we have been locale testing about structure stress of truss structure of crane boom. Under prescriptive load condition, measure static and dynamic stress response, and confirm danger point and weak part under condition of suffering force. In succession, proceed numerical value simulating, namely finite element analysis and optimization design.Through compared experimenting and testing with calculating in theory, find faultiness, in order to improve on means and solving key problem in testing, realize to integrate theories and testing faultlessly providing guarantees for security and credibility.Through these study, hope to provide theories gist for optimization design of heavy craneboom and change primary energy in the work of the design to choosing project optimized, accordingly make designer to change from proofreading design passively to seeking thesuperior project actively from among diversified possible project. And help to accelerate standardization and seriation.
