| The cracks of hydraulic concrete structure influence not only the semblance and normal operation of the structure, but also the safe operation of the project. They can also shorten the lifespan of project. Preventing or reducing cracks, is always an important subject in design and construction of hydraulic structure. Because most of the cracks of hydraulic structure belong to temperature crack, preventing temperature crack as the key of problem is studied deeply in the issues. The primary coverage of this issue is represented as following:1 The developing process of concrete project is studied, problems existed are analyzed and the function of addictive is focused on to research, the performance of kinds of addictive and the effect of preventing concrete cracks is analyzed.2 The condition of producing temperature stress, the function of concrete's anti-crack is analyzed, and the harmfulness of crack to hydraulic structure is also analyzed from the.aspects of the formation and the developing mechanics of concrete dam.3 In combination with Linhuaigang lock project and test, the function of flyash and addictive is analyzed, the concrete proportioning is designed and the temperature crack of soleplate is checked.4 According to the observation data of the soleplate of Linhuaigang lock, the influence of temperature variation on concrete stress of soleplate is studied, and then the temperature control measure is proposed. |
