With the development of China’s inland shipping industry,in order to improve the navigation conditions of navigation channels,a large number of low-head water conservancy hubs have been built on inland waterways,and ship locks have been used as ships to overcome the concentration of water level differences,and their direct impact on ship size Inland shipping.Although China has made great achievements in the research,design,and construction of navigable structures in large and medium-sized navigable water conservancy hubs,the ship’s ability to pass through them has many limitations,mainly related to its own characteristics and durability.This paper mainly studies the temperature control and crack prevention of mass concrete.The distribution of temperature field of concrete and its stress calculation methods are introduced.The mechanism and influencing factors of cracks in mass concrete are analyzed and summarized.Then the control measures for cracks in mass concrete are proposed according to the types of cracks,their production mechanism and influencing factors.The project provides a theoretical reference.The construction method of the dock lock is mainly introduced.Combined with the overall construction method of the bottom plate and the construction method of reserved wide joints,the temperature and pull of the concrete pouring and the concrete layered pouring are analyzed.The influence of stress is analyzed through the use of reserved wideslot construction method(layered)is reasonable.Based on the Yaojia hub and ship lock project examples,from the temperature control crack prevention study to the implementation of specific plans,from the construction process temperature control monitoring and the final anti-cracking effect evaluation,the mass concrete temperature control measures are applied in the engineering examples.It has achieved good results and has certain guiding significance for follow-up related engineering practice.
