Development And Application Of Visual Design System On Depressed Chamber Structure

Currently ,most lock design still stay at the level of assistant design ,that is human calculating combine with computer drawing ,designers have to perform heavy jobs of calculating and drawing ,the design period is always long and designers are easy to make mistakes .thus , a visual design system with strong functions and convenient use is badly needed .depressed chamber ,as a good form of chamber structure ,is wide used in many projects , this paper mainly aims at design calculating ,inner force analyzing .structure reinforcing and reinforce drawing ,based on develop technique of VB ,Fortran ,AutoCAD VBA,Carried out some availability experiment in visual structure design system .The author's purpose is to implement automatic integrated and intelligentized chamber structure design ,and improve design efficient and quality.(1)Systematically generalize the design and calculation method of depressed chamber structure ,mainly study the analysis and calculation method of depressed chamber structure, according to the special structure character of the chamber, side wall etc, adopt different calculate method , particularly the calculation and analysis of the lock floor elastic foundation beam inner force.(2)According to the calculation and analysis method of depressed chamber structure, based on the technique platform of Visual Basic6.0, AutoCAD VBA, Fortran, Word VBA, Excel VBA etc. The visualization program of chamber structure is developed, the visualization of structure inner force calculation and analysis are achieved, and can automatic generating the structure calculation instruction book.(3) Based on the structure inner force calculation and analysis, emphasis on the development of the lock chamber reinforced concrete structure reinforcement design program, the reinforcement design intelligent and interactive is achieved .Take the DXF document as the deferent form of the reinforcement and drawing information to the AutoCAD, perform automatic reinforcement drawing, set necessary dialogue between person and machine, proceeds the selective design, automatic generating the reinforcement design instruction book.(4)Combine with the YingShang lock structure design project, applying the program developed for the chamber structure design and calculate .Verified the accuracy and practicability of the program , proceed the reinforcement design and the plot of reinforcement drawing, and comparing the reinforcement drawing workload and quality with the practice project.
