| In depressed chamber structure, the botton plating and wallboard is rigid connect ,the moment on wallboard can be transferred to bottom plating so in generally the moment on bottom plating is large. If the material of Navigation chamber structure is reinforced concrete, the area of wallboard and botton plating is huge, the tremendous amount of reinforce will be used and the width of crevice is difficult to fulfil the limits. In order to solve the problem in depressed chamber structure, prestressed concrete should be used.On the basis of comprehending the theory of navigation lock design and presressed concrete , prestressed concrete as a substitution for reinforced concrete in depressed chamber structure was presented in this paper. Based on the engineering case, design computation was carried out according to real loading of the Navigation chamber structure.The loss of prestressing force in prestressed concrete is also analysed in detail here .The way of simulating the prestressing force in Ansys has been analysed and a 3D finite element model of this chamber structure has been built based on Ansys to conduct a simulation for the stress and deformation of chamber structure in different conditions .Result shows that curvilinear reinforce used in depressed chamber structure is feasible, which can solve the problem of crevice commendably and save the material,So the cost of project will be cut down and the economical effect will be strengthened. |
