| The magnetic levitation ball system is one of typical mechatronic products, among which the performance of the controller is very important to the application of the magnetic products. So this thesis focuses on the controller of the magnetic levitation ball system.On the basis of analyzing of magnetic ball system's working principle , this thesis designs digital controller and a real-time control program with the real-time workshop toolbox of MATLAB. When the program is linked to external magnetic ball system through Data Acquisition Card, we realize the ball's steady suspension .At the same time, the experimental results show that the system has a good characteristic of remote control.After the experiment, this thesis tries to study Fuzzy Control Theory , designs a Fuzzy PID Controller based on MATLAB and studies it's simulation results. The key research works for further study are proposed at last. |
