ABSTRACT:Magnetic levitation as a high-tech technology, has the advantages of no contact, no friction, low noise, less pollution, easy maintenance, etc., quickly draw the attention of all industries. Many experts and scholars have conducted research in this area, a large number of technology trials are in full swing. For now, the maglev technology has been applied in the aviation high-tech field of wind tunnel experiments, ground magnetic levitation transportation, magnetic bearings.This paper studies the control strategy of a single module static magnetic levitation. After the suspension of single module system static model analysis, using a feedback control algorithm, the traditional PID control algorithm and an increase in current inner Dual Feedback PID control algorithm for single-module static magnetic levitation model simulation, and the simulation results are analyzed comparisons of Dual Feedback PID control algorithm has fast response, high control accuracy, relatively easy to implement and so on.Therefore, this article on the Dual Feedback PID control algorithm for the feasibility analysis, with the help of a magnetic levitation experimental platform, designed DSP digital controller based on TMS320F2812. Due to a large amount of information levitation control, data acquisition and processing require high speed, the controller uses dual DSP architecture, one for data acquisition, preprocessing and stability control, and the other for data communication, Two chips are connected by the dual port RAM for control information exchange and processing speed.Then with the programming platform CCS3.3, we get control algorithm implemented in software. In the trial, the single module static magnetic levitation system Suspension stability. And have a certain amount of anti-jamming capability.After the stabilization of the single solenoid controlled by a single module for decoupling double solenoid between the two controllers are connected via CAN bus to synergy together to ensure the stability of the suspension system suspension single module. Then the suspension test for the main beam of the same frame of another suspension modules use the same control method, tie each other via the CAN bus controller, After several joint commissioning and parameter modification, we turned the ultimately landing control and stable suspension into reality.
