The paper had been researched on digital signal monitoring and processing system of large vehicle rocket low-temperature propellant. Based on analysis of detecting reliability, safety and current situations and developing tendency of digital signal acquisition and processing system in the home country and abroad, with sensor tech, data transferring tech, computer software and hardware tech and digital signal processing theory and algorithm and so on, it's been designed one type of system cored of Digital Signal Processor, which have the capabilities of real-time acquitting, storage, pre-processing, analyzing, communicating and displaying, according to system main and technical request.Firstly, the paper introduced development of large vehicle rocket propellant and presented current directions of monitoring tech for propellant and tendency of digital signal processing system meantime technical requests and system index were given in this paper. Secondly, according to study in detail the collecting objects of low-temperature propellant, making choices in fore-inputting methods of the system and research on system functions. Thirdly, on the basis of design of the whole system, it's been designed the system hardware architecture, analyzed fully each unit of hardware in this system. Thoughts, design gist and hardware peripheral circuits were described in this paper. According to system functional requests and hardware design, it's been accomplished working software using system software architectures of digital signal processor, including monitoring program unit, peripheral program unit, data program analyzing and processing program unit; moreover many design flowcharts and design source codes were given in this paper. It had been analyzing such optimal matters as DSP assembling language, level-coding, program codes and program storage spaces, standards of peripheral of DSP and intermixing programming methods. It's been designed, simulated and realized Digital Filter using Matlab software, and researched on working efficiency of Digital Filter. At last it's been discussed and expected such things as making choices in system real-time methods and CPLD based on DSP briefly.Testing successfully on hardware and software of this system was proved that system design reasonable, working stable, performance better, satisfying the design requirements.
