Entered since twenty-first Century,mankind has gradually made progress,many breakthroughs in the field of electronic technology in the AC servo motor development level in a leading position,has a relatively mature technology and performance,has been widely used in practical work.In this paper,the design of real-time monitoring system is the use of AC servo motor to achieve the corresponding functions.In the design process using the Lab VIEWRT system,NIPCIe-8433 board,motor drive platform and PC.After learning the professional knowledge,we searched a lot of relevant information and literature.After careful analysis,we summarized the system variables in this paper.The main function of this system is to monitor the parameters collected,according to the RS485 standard protocol developed a unique "address query response" communication protocol,through the operation of PC client PC,so LabVIEWRT every 250 us to a plurality of motor control terminal to send control command through the RS485 bus,receiving specific instructions,the need for transformation analysis of the information,and then transferred to the real-time system for subsequent operations.It can be said that the PC terminal plays an important role in the whole system,which can not only display the information,but also of many important parameters were adjusted,which can meet the demand of system operation,in addition,also has sent instructions to control.After the completion of the design,the performance of the test,the test results meet the desired objectives,the system can work stable,and the process of collecting variables is also very smooth,there is no defect.To complete the design works after the overall performance of this system were related to the detection,analysis of its function and value,the correct evaluation of the system's disadvantages,make improvements to meet the conditions.
