With the fast development of the city size in our country, the urban demand for energy grows with each passing day. According to the concrete national conditions of relatively insufficient energy, it is already very urgent to carry on city energy-conservation. Traditional secondary supply water to pressurize consumes a lots urban electric energy. If we can adopt directly drawing water way from supply-water-pipe network replacing traditional way to realize secondary supply water to pressurize, we will economize a large amount of electric energy. But this way is apt to lead to the fluid transient in municipal pipeline network, so it is seem very much necessary to study on fluid transient in municipal pipeline network.This paper is on background of the directly drawing water way for the secondary supply water to pressurize, going on deepen systematic analysis and study to the pressurized fluid transient in municipal pipeline network, thus confirm that the directly drawing water way have the influence on the pressure and velocity of the water body in the municipal pipeline network and to go on quantitative analysis to this influence by programming calculation.The main content of this paper is as follows: At first, according to " elastic water column " theory to research the pressurized fluid transient in municipal pipeline network and educe the wave speed formula of the pressurized fluid transient in municipal pipeline network , at the same time educe the hydraulic calculating model equation on the pressurized fluid transient in municipal pipeline network; Secondly according to the character of the model equation, utilizing limited difference divide-characteristic analysis theory abbreviate and shape the model equation, thus making the model equation be easy to calculate; Thirdly deeply and systematic analyze the border terms of the pressurized fluid transient in municipal pipeline network, and educe inside and outside border terms model equation of the pressurized fluid transient in municipal pipeline network, combining the line law of the characteristic will carry on abbreviating and shaping the border terms model equation; At last, based on Visual Basic 6.0 programming language platform programs calculating procedure of the pressurized fluid transient in municipal pipeline network, and combining the result that the procedure calculate out analyze the influence that directly drawing water way have on the pressure and velocity of the water body in the municipal pipeline network.This paper makes further investigation and sure contribution in three main facets: characteristic line law of the pressurized fluid transient in supply water pipeline network; model equation border terms of the pressurized fluid transient in supply water pipeline network; calculating procedure making of the pressurized fluidtransient in supply water pipeline network. Under the sure limiting conditions, directly drawing water way can be realized completely in practice by studying.By changing the way secondary supply water to pressurize, we can economize a large amount of energy, thus making contributions to the development of the urban cause of our country.
