Microwave sintering technology, with the heat generated by a combination of the special wave band and the basic fine structure of the material, is a method to ultimately compact it by heating it to the required temperature. It is also an important technology to quickly make new materials of high quality as well as traditional ones with new properties. This technology possesses several advantages such as low sintering technology,, short sintering time, high efficiency of heating and energy utilizing, safety, no pollusion etc.This thesis discusses the technoical conditions of microwave sintering requested for nonoxide ceramics, and designs a continuous automatic sintering preparation system based on technological conditions. It briefly expounds the characteristics of some common sintering cavities and choice of design models for them. In addition, this article analyzes the key points in measuring the temperature of microwave sintering materials in details. Based on the study of microwave sintering field, it puts forward the theoretical method and design thought of soft measure and establishes the soft measure model on the ground of NN theory.This thesis also analyzes the characteristics and the advantages of LAB VIEW graphic language and discusses the ways of software design for measure and control system on the LAB VIEW platform, mainly including communication VI with serial port, data analyzing VI with MATLAB and the dynamic interactive interfaces aiming at displaying VI.This thesis also expounds the thought of inferring control based on soft measurement, the theoretical system of pan-logic control algorithm and characteristics of pan-logic vague intellectual control implements. By simulating experiments, it proves the effectuality of pan-logic vague intellectual control implements in control systems with complicated processes. Combining the requirements of parameters inspecting precision by the inferring control system, the article discusses the procedures and ways of the application of the FPGA filter designed by DSPBuilder, analyzes the jamming sources of computer control system and designs specific anti-jamming technology.By computer simulating experiments, it's proved that the system is stable and the process parameters are of high precision. The window picture is good and easily operated.
