LWAC is being applied popularly in the big-span bridge engineering as a sort of new-fashioned material used on bridges in the near decade, for its light quality, good wearing capacity and the designable intension. But the matter is that the research aimed at LWAC technology application in the bridge engineering is almost not developed in my nation at present, and the research range involved is just the intension of the right section, crack, tolerance and the experienced calculation of the LWRC ban. But numerical value simulation technique in the practice engineering is just absent which is very necessary.The text is organized with the plane girder model and the space calculation model separately toward 1# bridge on TuanShan river in the connection of the speedway from XiaoGan to XiangFan by large finite element software ANSYS, and carried through simulation analysis on the capability under received force and response by the actions of the different load situations combination, moreover, the theoretic calculation and design on the pre-stress LWAC hollow-center ban-bridge are offered The text included the following work mostly:(1) The theoretical basic of space FEM is introduced in details, mostly the solution of static balancing equation of space FEM, constitive relation of material, simulation of prestress, element and numerical model are related .(2) The space finite element calculation model is constituted and the numerical value simulation of the static reaction is done by all kinds of operating condition according to the furthest disbennifit load location on the TuanShan river bridge, and the distribution of stress of the full bridge and deflection are gained. Meanwhile, the strained performances of the common concrete and LWAC by the same loads are simulated and the deflection and main stress of them by the different loads are compared.(3) Finally, the results of LWAC and common concrete simulated by ANSYS are compared and the cause of the disparity is analyzed.The design of the hign intension LWAC and therotic calculation shall be supervised by the research, the application of LWAC are promoted far and wide on the bridge engineering in our state, equally the technical support is provided in the bridge's construction adopting the pre-stress LWAC in practice.
