With the construction of industrial industrialization and residential industrialization in China,the assembly concrete construction has been more and more due to its advantages such as short construction period,easy construction quality assurance,energy saving and environmental protection,large-scale promotion can reduce the cost and so on.In this paper,the experimental study on the structure of the concrete structure is relatively small,so the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the force characteristics and design method of the assembled concrete structure.The existing numerical simulation methods assume that the prefabricated and cast-in-place concrete is fully integrated with the overall work,and no relative slip is generated.This assumption increases the structural rigidity of the concrete,In order to solve this difficult problem,this paper uses the nonlinear finite element numerical simulation method to simulate the weak concrete layer of the old and the new concrete,and it is necessary to simulate the slip caused by the structure.Destroy the problem,mainly done the following work:(1)Based on the internal force transfer between the prefabricated and the cast-in-place concrete,combined with the basic theoretical principle of the elasto-plastic mechanics finite element method,it is considered that the prefabricated concrete Linear finite element numerical simulation method.(2)Based on the numerical simulation method of assembly structure,the three-dimensional coupling element composed of linear spring spring elementCOMBIN14 is used to simulate the interaction between prefabricated and cast-in-place concrete overlay,and a three-dimensional spring joint model of assembled concrete structure is established The(3)The experimental study on 21 composite beams and 7 frame joints in China is carried out.The three-dimensional spring joint model considering the bond slip of the overlapped surface is used to study the bending and oblique section of the beam.Node hysteresis curve,bearing capacity degradation,ductility and other key indicators of numerical simulation.The results show that the numerical simulation of the concrete stacking surface is carried out based on the finite element analysis software linear elastic spring element by using the basic theory of elastic mechanics finite element method.The calculated results meet the requirements of calculation accuracy.Three-dimensional spring joint model modeling method is feasible,which can solve the problem of numerical simulation method of prefabricated structural components,which provides a scientific basis for further deepening the numerical simulation method of assembly concrete structure.
