The problem of water supply is directly relation to the national economy and the people's livelihood, so it is increasingly regarded by all over the world at large. In water supply system, water supply in constant pressure means that terminal pressure keeps constant all the time when the quantity of dispended water varies. The terminal pressure in the system is determined by consumer's requirement.Computer control systems are based on the developing technology of both auto control and computer. And it is widely used for computer control system to control in all kinds of intelligent control strategy instead of routine controller equipment in various realms. The intelligent control system in frequency conversion composed by IPC, PLC and transducer, instead of equipments such as water tower, water tank, implements water supply in constant pressure.Only by adjusting three parameters of proportion, integral, differential coefficient to a good match, PID controller can achieve a better effect. It is the key to finding the best match for the three parameters from endlessly various nonlinear assemble for the intelligent control system in frequency conversion. NN possesses an ability to express nonlinear, which achieves the best match parameters by learning system performance. Using BP networks, we can build a PID controller that parameters study by self.For the purpose of saving energy, the paper rebuilds control system composed by IPC, PLC in the fourth XinXiang water supply factory based on equipments in existence, which not only implements saving energy but also is benefit to control water supply, inspect in distance, and produce automatically. Design implying NN control strategy to implement inspects, control, timing intelligently and supply water in constant pressure, furthermore communicate between PLC and IPC using visual language.At first, the paper introduces development directions of correlation technology, item backgrounds, and investigation significance. At second, it analyses the speciality of electromotor and water pump running in frequency conversion, states principle on choosing pressure control points, and builds math models of transducer and electromotor running in constant rate to voltage and frequency. It stresses the design of electrical control system and communication between PLC and IPC.
