This paper introduces the design and research of three DC/DC converters used in the assistant power supply of tank asynchronous starter/generator.Firstly,a flyback converter with different feedback circuit is made which has six isolated ouputs of 15V(×4) and 5V( 2),and is applied to wide voltage input of 30~52V.Furthermore,based on the parameters of the converter, the stability and dynamic characteristic of the system is analyzed which verified the validity of the design.Secondly,two regulatable current sources for exicitation of magenetic powder dynamic brake are studied respectively with buck and interleaving two-transistor forward topology. In the power supply with interleaving two-transistor forward topology design,simulations are implemented with Saber simulator,thus the best parameters are achieved which ensured the stability and dynamic characteristic.Thirdly,an off-line lead acid charger suit for lead acid battery 48V/150Ah is designed based on AT89C51 single chip microcomputer,two current values and two voltage values are specified to the charger,which can charge the battery as quickly and safely as possible to the highest practically attainable capacity,and maintain this capacity indenfinitely. ×...
