The evaluation technologies of aircraft operational reliability can be used to evaluate the reliability of aircraft,systems and components,respectively. The results of evaluations can directly be taken as the basis of reliability supervise and control, and can also provide the references for scientific maintenance and design of the new aircraft. Now,the relative papers and literatures for the evaluation technologies of small sample aircraft reliability have not been searched,so the methodology of this paper is an initial work to some extent in our country. The main achievements in this paper are: 1. The characteristics of the total failure rate of the aircraft and the relation between aircraft component reliability and service time have been analyzed. 2. The theory and method of the Weibull distribution are used to analyze the aircraft system reliability. According to the actual used situations, the Weibull distribution are used to analyze the aircraft system failure date, and the evaluation approaches of the reliability and failure rate of the systems are given out during studying the aircraft system operational reliability. 3. Based on analyzing the difference of the failure rates between the small air fleet pilot report and the global air fleet pilot report, the relation between the air fleet quantity and the operational value of the aircraft reliability has been studied in this paper.
