This paper combines specific practice of pipe jacking work well deep foundation pit during enclosed excavation in Shenzhen metro. It mostly studies on the content of interaction between soil and support structure by means of utilizing theory analysis, numerical simulation, on-the-spot monitor in reel time etc. It researches the relevant contents about the soil layer displacement, the earth's surface subsidence, the earth pressure distribution and support structure displacement, support structure stress change etc. that caused in the course to enclosed excavation of deep foundation pit, and has obtained some original achievements. It analyzed through the ideally the support structure calculation methodology and evidence. Outlined the support system of Dug pile by the man with four steel to two steel after the optimum design. The paper put to used the macro-pattern works finite element analysis software ANSYS in order to set up the model and analysis the support system's reliability and science. It take into account of the nonlinearity of the soil during the establishment of the numerical model. Then finite element analysis on the support system and simulated the stability of the soil and the deformation and the stress of the support system in the course of working. It can be on the message woks and optimum design through inverse analysis the data from the field using the ANSYS software and continual amended the afferent parameter. During the course of the foundation pit ,it applied the on-the-sport observation in real time and put to use the message pattern to woke . Furthermore , it made the better optimum design to the foundation support system and changed the steel supporting to the twice-steel supporting , making great benign benefit not only at the society but also in the economy. The paper got the evidence of the optimum design by deal with the data that get from the field observation .
