With the development of economy and building, diversiform constructions are erected on the ground in recent years, but the increasing constructive denseness and the decreasing area of the available land have presented at the same time, so pile foundation, which is a kind of the deep foundation, is increasingly applying for building. Concrete pile has been getting largely used since the end of 19th century because of the development of concrete material science, and the design theories of driven pile and drilled pile had been gradually improved in the late 1950's.The idea of environment is enhanced in work and inhabitation, people demands for the environmental method of planting pile for solving the problem of the lager noise and occupying area in the constructive process of traditional pile. The new kind of pile foundation, which is called as precast concrete screw pile, is put forward by the company in Shenyang of Metallurgy Construction Corporation of China and the Civil Engineering Department of Northeastern University, and the pile has many merits such as convenient construction, little land demand, less noise, and so on.The pile is analyzed by ANSYS software, which is largely used in the world, to contrast the settlement of the pile head between precast concrete screw pile and traditional pile under the same conditions; to simulate the complex mechanics behavior of the screw pile under the co-effect of torsion, vertical force and the friction force which is provided by soil in the construction; to analyze the effect when different parameters of the screw pile in bearing capacity and mechanical character in the phase of working. The calculation shows the screw pile is better than the traditionally round pile in the aspect of bearing capacity and settlement, and the phenomena of stress concentration is obvious in the pile head under the constructive phase. It also contrasts the principal stress of mechanism dynamic head between the 4-equailateral side pole and the 8-equailateral side pole analyzes and contrasts the two methods, which are setting the steel slab and adding the steel hoop on the pile head, in order...
